1. Introduction

Welcome to Sentinel SkyWorks LLC (“Sentinel SkyWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online forms, digital platforms, communications, scheduling tools, payment portals, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

Sentinel SkyWorks operates under professional, regulatory, and Truth in Advertising standards. All information and visual media are provided to enhance understanding without misrepresentation.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued Site use constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

2. Company Overview

Sentinel SkyWorks LLC is a Pennsylvania-based, FAA Part 107–Certified and fully insured UAS (drone) and professional imaging firm providing:

  • Aerial photography and videography

  • Twilight aerial and twilight real estate photography

  • Real estate listing media and property marketing content

  • Small business photography and videography

  • 2D and 3D floor plans and 3D video renderings

  • Aerial mapping, 3D modeling, and orthomosaic imagery

  • Construction monitoring and roof, tower, and site inspections

  • Agricultural, environmental, and land documentation

  • Thermal, infrared, and multispectral imaging

  • Digital editing, sky replacements, retouching, and virtual enhancements

  • Visual content for commercial, agricultural, conservation, and industrial applications

All operations follow FAA Part 107 regulations, applicable state and local laws, and Truth in Advertising principles, ensuring ethical and accurate visual representation.

3. Use of the Website

By using this Site, you agree:

  • To use the Site only for lawful purposes

  • Not to interfere with Site operations or attempt unauthorized access

  • Not to upload or transmit malicious code

  • Not to disrupt networks or servers connected to the Site

All content provided on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only and does not constitute legal, surveying, engineering, architectural, appraisal, or professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership of Sentinel SkyWorks Content

All content produced, delivered, displayed, or made available by Sentinel SkyWorks LLC (“Content”)—including imagery, maps, floor plans, renderings, and visual data—is the exclusive intellectual property of Sentinel SkyWorks LLC or its licensed providers.

Ownership applies regardless of client type and is subject to licensing terms that require ethical use consistent with Truth in Advertising.

4.2 Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly permitted under your license or written authorization, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute Content

  • Modify or alter Content in a manner that materially misrepresents accuracy, scale, or condition

  • Remove branding, metadata, watermarks, or disclaimers

  • Share Content with third parties without proper licensing

  • Upload Content into AI training datasets or machine-learning models

  • Use Content as legal surveys, certified measurements, or engineering documentation

  • Use Content in litigation without a legal-use license

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and these Terms.

4.3 License Granted Upon Final Payment

Upon final payment, Sentinel SkyWorks grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully paid license for use of Content only for the originally intended project and in compliance with Truth in Advertising, MLS rules, and applicable regulations.

Clients may use Content for marketing, reporting, documentation, and operational purposes, provided it is not altered or presented in a misleading or undisclosed manner.

4.4 Special Restrictions on Spatial & Orthomosaic Maps

All spatial maps, orthomosaics, elevation models, and geospatial visuals:

  • Are informational and illustrative only

  • Are not legal surveys or certified boundary determinations

  • May not be used for legal claims, permitting, or certified measurements

  • Must be clearly represented as visual aids

5. Accuracy of Service Descriptions

We strive to describe services accurately and in good faith; however:

  • Services may evolve with technology

  • FAA or regulatory restrictions may apply

  • Weather or airspace limitations may affect availability

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee. All services require written estimates and agreements.

6. UAS Compliance and Legal Limitations

All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107–Certified Remote Pilots and are subject to legal, safety, and airspace constraints.

All imagery, mapping, renderings, and inspections are provided for informational and visualization purposes only, consistent with Truth in Advertising, and are not legal surveys, certified inspections, or engineering reports.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information

  • Ensuring authorized site access

  • Verifying boundary and property information

  • Securing necessary permissions

  • Using delivered media ethically and with proper disclosure when required

The advertiser or REALTOR®—not Sentinel SkyWorks—retains responsibility for advertising compliance.

8. Payments & Deliverables

Deliverables are released only after full payment. Digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.

All payments are subject to the Sentinel SkyWorks Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9–10. Third-Party Platforms & Privacy

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms. Data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel SkyWorks shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on visual media, including claims related to misinterpretation, improper disclosure, or unauthorized use by clients or third parties.

12–16. Warranty Disclaimer, Indemnification, Governing Law, Termination, Severability
