This Legal Disclaimers page (“Disclaimer”) outlines the limitations, conditions, and legal boundaries of services provided by Sentinel SkyWorks LLC (“Sentinel SkyWorks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, using our digital materials, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these disclaimers.

All UAS (drone) operations are performed in compliance with FAA Part 107, federal law, Pennsylvania law, and applicable local ordinances. All missions are executed by FAA-certified Remote Pilots in Command and conducted under strict safety, operational, and ethical standards.

1. General Information Disclaimer

All imagery, video, mapping, data, and content provided by Sentinel SkyWorks is for informational, marketing, documentation, or visualization purposes only. Although we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • Sentinel SkyWorks is not a licensed surveyor, engineer, appraiser, architect, environmental consultant, or structural inspector.

  • Mapping, floor plans, 3D models, orthomosaics, and boundary illustrations are approximate and not legal surveys or engineering measurements.

  • Digital renderings (including 3D video renderings and floor plans) are conceptual visualizations only.

  • Clients must consult qualified professionals before using our data for legal, construction, safety, engineering, or financial decisions.

Clients bear full responsibility for verifying all information before taking action.

2. FAA, Airspace, and Operational Compliance

Sentinel SkyWorks conducts all flights in accordance with:

  • FAA Part 107

  • Applicable Pennsylvania and federal regulations

  • Local property-access and municipal laws

  • Airspace analyses, TFR checks, and safety protocols

We do not operate in restricted or prohibited airspace without proper authorization. All missions are subject to:

  • Weather and visibility conditions

  • Airspace approval

  • Site safety

  • Equipment readiness

  • Legal flight restrictions

Sentinel SkyWorks reserves the right to postpone or decline operations if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

3. Wildlife Recovery, Environmental, and Conservation Compliance

Sentinel SkyWorks provides limited wildlife, environmental, or conservation support only where legally authorized and only in coordination with proper agencies or landowners.

Wildlife Restrictions

Under current Pennsylvania law and PGC regulations:

  • UAVs may not be used to locate, recover, pursue, scout, or assist with the retrieval of game animals.

  • Drones may not be flown on or from State Game Lands without written authorization.

  • Use of drones for post-harvest recovery remains prohibited until legislation (e.g., Senate Bill 303) explicitly allows it.

Sentinel SkyWorks does not perform or advertise drone-assisted game recovery services in any restricted setting.

Any wildlife-related services we provide are limited to authorized conservation, research, educational, or sanctioned search operations conducted in full compliance with all FAA, PGC, DCNR, and state laws.

Clients are responsible for ensuring personal legal compliance. Sentinel SkyWorks assumes no liability for misuse of drone services by clients or third parties.

4. Environmental, Agricultural & Natural Resource Limitations

Environmental, agricultural, and land-assessment services provided by Sentinel SkyWorks—whether aerial, thermal, multispectral, or visual—are not certified environmental assessments and should not be used for regulatory compliance, permitting, or remediation planning.

All data is observational and supplemental to professional evaluations.

5. Real Estate & Marketing Services Disclaimer

Real estate photography, videography, twilight imagery, aerial media, property highlight reels, marketing content, and boundary illustrations are provided solely for marketing, visualization, and informational use.

  • Property lines, lot outlines, measurements, and boundary overlays are approximate.

  • None of the media produced should be treated as legal, architectural, or surveying documentation.

  • All real estate work must comply with MLS rules, fair housing guidelines, advertiser requirements, and privacy regulations.

Sentinel SkyWorks is not responsible for legal claims arising from improper use of marketing media.

6. Construction, Engineering & Inspection Data Disclaimer

Construction monitoring, progress documentation, roof inspections, tower/aerial inspections, site assessments, and mapping deliverables are provided for reference only.

We do not provide:

  • Structural certifications

  • Engineering reports

  • Code compliance inspections

  • Official insurance adjusting or underwriting documents

Volumetrics, dimensions, models, and construction visuals are approximate and must be verified by licensed professional engineers, surveyors, or inspectors before being relied on for structural, permitting, design, or safety decisions.

7. Thermal, Infrared & Multispectral Limitations

Thermal, infrared, and multispectral imagery provided by Sentinel SkyWorks is intended for preliminary analysis and is affected by:

  • Weather and surface temperatures

  • Sensor type and calibration

  • Reflective surfaces

  • Material properties

  • Ambient environmental conditions

Thermal outputs cannot guarantee detection of all defects, heat loss, moisture, structural issues, or environmental anomalies.

Clients should not rely solely on these results for safety, engineering, or compliance decisions.

8. 2D Floor Plans, 3D Floor Plans & 3D Rendering Limitations

Floor plans, digital twins, 3D models, and 3D video renderings created by Sentinel SkyWorks:

  • Are for marketing and visualization purposes only

  • Are not architectural drawings

  • Do not represent exact dimensions, structural load ratings, or code compliance

  • Should not be used for construction, permitting, or renovation planning without professional verification

9. Editing, Post-Production & Digital Media Disclaimer

All editing, retouching, sky replacements, object removals, virtual staging, color grading, and post-production services are provided as creative enhancements only.

Sentinel SkyWorks does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance of altered images for industries requiring authenticity (e.g., insurance, appraisal, structural inspection).

10. Data Accuracy, Limitations & Availability

While we make every effort to capture high-quality data:

  • Environmental conditions, lighting, GPS drift, signal interference, and airspace restrictions may affect quality and accuracy.

  • All data is delivered “as is” without any warranty of precision or suitability for a specific use.

  • Sentinel SkyWorks is not liable for decisions made based on incomplete or approximate datasets.

11. Third-Party Tools, Services & Integrations

Sentinel SkyWorks may use third-party tools including, but not limited to:

  • Mapping software

  • Cloud storage solutions

  • MLS platforms

  • Payment processors (e.g., PayPal)

  • Editing platforms

  • Client-delivery portals

We are not responsible for outages, errors, data handling procedures, security issues, or losses caused by third-party providers. Clients are encouraged to review the terms of each respective vendor.

12. No Warranties

All imagery, models, data, and information are provided without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Merchantability

  • Non-infringement

Use of our materials is entirely at the client’s own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel SkyWorks LLC, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

  • Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill

  • Claims arising from reliance on our services or content

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, FAA restrictions, or unsafe conditions

  • Improper or unlawful use of our materials by clients or third parties

14. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Clients are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, permits, site access, and approvals for drone operations. Sentinel SkyWorks may decline operations where legal or safety requirements are not met.

Clients may not use Sentinel SkyWorks imagery or data for unlawful or non-compliant purposes.

15. Policy Updates

Sentinel SkyWorks LLC may modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website and supersedes all previous versions.
