Sentinel SkyWorks operates under strict professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including a commitment to Truth in Advertising, ensuring visual media enhances understanding without misrepresentation.

All UAS (drone) operations are performed in compliance with FAA Part 107, federal law, Pennsylvania law, and applicable local ordinances. All missions are executed by FAA-certified Remote Pilots in Command and conducted under strict safety, operational, and ethical standards.

1. General Information & Truth in Advertising Disclaimer

All imagery, video, mapping, data, and content provided by Sentinel SkyWorks is for informational, marketing, documentation, or visualization purposes only and is delivered in accordance with Truth in Advertising standards. While we strive for accuracy, clarity, and responsible representation:

  • Sentinel SkyWorks is not a licensed surveyor, engineer, appraiser, architect, environmental consultant, or structural inspector.

  • Mapping, floor plans, 3D models, orthomosaics, and boundary illustrations are approximate and are not legal surveys or engineering measurements.

  • Digital renderings (including 3D video renderings and floor plans) are conceptual visualizations only.

  • Clients must consult qualified professionals before using our materials for legal, construction, safety, engineering, appraisal, or financial decisions.

  • Clients bear full responsibility for verifying all information before reliance or use.

Sentinel SkyWorks does not fabricate, materially misrepresent, or intentionally distort property conditions; however, visual enhancements may be used and must be properly disclosed by the client when required by law, MLS rules, or professional ethics.

  • Are not certified environmental, agronomic, or regulatory assessments

  • Should not be used for permitting, remediation, compliance, or enforcement actions

  • Do not guarantee outcomes, yields, or environmental conditions

5. Real Estate & Marketing Services Disclaimer

All real estate photography, videography, twilight imagery, aerial media, property highlight reels, marketing content, mapping visuals, and boundary illustrations are provided solely for marketing and visualization purposes, in alignment with Truth in Advertising and REALTOR® Code of Ethics standards.

  • Property lines, lot outlines, measurements, and boundary overlays are approximate and illustrative.

  • Media should not be treated as legal, architectural, appraisal, or surveying documentation.

The REALTOR®, broker, or advertiser—not Sentinel SkyWorks or any software platform—retains responsibility for advertising compliance and disclosure.

6. Construction, Engineering & Inspection Data Disclaimer

Construction and inspection-related imagery is provided for visual reference only and does not constitute certified inspection, engineering, or compliance reporting. All representations are made consistent with Truth in Advertising standards but must be independently verified.

7. Thermal, Infrared & Multispectral Limitations

Thermal and multispectral imagery is supplemental and non-diagnostic. Outputs are observational in nature and do not guarantee detection of defects or conditions. Sentinel SkyWorks makes no claims beyond visual representation.

8. 2D Floor Plans, 3D Floor Plans & 3D Rendering Limitations

Floor plans and renderings are produced for marketing and visualization only, not for architectural, permitting, or construction use. Dimensions and features are approximate and must be verified independently.

9. Editing, Post-Production & Digital Media Disclaimer

All editing, retouching, sky replacements, object removals, virtual staging, color grading, and AI-assisted post-production services are provided as creative enhancements, not factual alterations.

Sentinel SkyWorks does not guarantee that altered images are suitable for industries requiring strict evidentiary authenticity (e.g., insurance claims, appraisals, inspections). Clients are responsible for determining appropriate use and disclosure.

All data is delivered “as is”, subject to environmental, technological, and regulatory constraints. Sentinel SkyWorks makes no guarantees beyond responsible visual representation.
