Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sentinel SkyWorks LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality aerial imaging, photography, videography, mapping, inspection, and related media services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with federal regulations and Pennsylvania law.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to Sentinel SkyWorks LLC are strictly non-refundable. Deposits reserve your scheduled service date, allocate resources, and cover administrative and pre-production costs. Once submitted, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance unless required by law. Deposits are applied to your final project balance.
2. Cancellations by the Client
If a client cancels a scheduled service:
The deposit remains non-refundable
Payments beyond the deposit may be refundable only for services not yet performed
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur additional fees
Clients may request one complimentary reschedule when notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability
Failure to provide site access, required approvals, or safe working conditions may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Cancellations or Postponements by Sentinel SkyWorks
We may reschedule or postpone services due to:
Unsafe weather or environmental conditions
FAA airspace restrictions or TFRs
On-site hazards or safety concerns
Technical or equipment issues beyond reasonable control
In such cases:
Deposits remain non-refundable
Deposits will be credited toward a new service date
If Sentinel SkyWorks LLC cancels and cannot reschedule, payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded
4. Refunds for Payments Beyond the Deposit
Refunds for additional payments (not including deposits) may be issued only for work not yet performed. Once work has been completed, travel has occurred, or digital deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
5. Digital Deliverables
All delivered digital media—photos, videos, maps, models, or renderings—are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned. Sentinel SkyWorks LLC will make reasonable corrections if technical issues arise but does not issue refunds once files have been delivered.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Delays
All UAS operations must comply with FAA Part 107 and Pennsylvania law. Delays due to regulatory requirements, weather, or safety concerns are not grounds for refunds; services will be rescheduled without penalty.
7. Custom Work & External Costs
Fees for custom editing, specialized rendering, third-party licensing, subcontractors, or unique equipment needs are non-refundable once incurred.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks on non-refundable deposits or completed services violate this policy. Sentinel SkyWorks LLC reserves the right to seek reimbursement, legal fees, and damages under Pennsylvania law.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL), federal trade guidelines, and standard commercial practices for service-based businesses.
