Everything you need to know before, during, and after your Sentinel SkyWorks photo or video session.

At Sentinel SkyWorks, our goal is to provide a seamless, professional experience from scheduling to final delivery. This guide outlines what to expect, how to prepare, and how to make the most of your real estate or small-business photo, video, aerial, or rendering services.

1. Scheduling & Availability

We provide flexible appointment times Monday through Saturday.

Aerial services are weather-dependent, and safety conditions may require adjustments. We will always communicate promptly regarding rescheduling needs.

2. Delivery Timelines

We strive for fast, efficient turnaround without sacrificing quality.

  • Real Estate Photos: 24–48 hours

  • Aerial Photos: 24–48 hours

  • Real Estate Video: 2–4 days

  • Twilight Photography: 24–48 hours

  • Floor Plans (2D/3D): 2–3 days

  • 3D Video Rendering: 3–5 days

  • Small Business Media Packages: 2–4 days

  • Highlight Reels: 3–5 days

You will receive a secure download link via email once your project is complete.

3. How to Download Your Files

  • All deliverables are provided through a private download link.

  • Files can be downloaded to any computer or device.

  • Your files remain available for 90 days after delivery.

4. Do I Need to Be Present?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide:

  • Lockbox access

  • Keypad codes

  • Coordination with an agent or property representative

However, the space must be fully prepared before your appointment. You are responsible for ensuring the home or business is photo-ready at the scheduled time.

5. Editing & Retouching Options

We offer a wide range of editing services:

  • Minor object removal (cords, bins, personal clutter)

  • Sky replacement

  • Lawn enhancement

  • Virtual twilight

  • Color and exposure corrections

  • Branding overlays for businesses

  • Custom graphics or titles for video

More complex edits are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

6. Can You Change Backgrounds or Replace Objects?

Yes. We can:

  • Replace skies

  • Remove cars, stains, trash, or objects

  • Enhance landscaping

  • Replace TV screens or signage

  • Clean up shadows or reflections

If you have a special request, just let us know.

7. Preparing Your Property or Business

General preparation tips:

  • Turn on all lights

  • Open blinds and let natural light in

  • Clear countertops (kitchen & bathrooms)

  • Remove personal items

  • Hide pet items (bowls, beds, crates, toys)

  • Tidy up landscaping / sweep porches

  • Park vehicles away from the building

8. Preparing a Home for Real Estate Photography

Interior:

  • Make all beds

  • Straighten pillows and blankets

  • Declutter floors and surfaces

  • Remove magnets, paperwork, or clutter from refrigerators

  • Clean mirrors, windows, and counters

  • Turn off ceiling fans

Exterior:

  • Mow and clean up yard if applicable

  • Hide hoses, trash cans, and tools

  • Sweep decks, patios, and sidewalks

  • Turn on all exterior lights for twilight sessions

9. Preparing a Business for Photography or Video

  • Remove clutter or storage items from customer-visible areas

  • Ensure signage is clean and visible

  • Stage merchandise or dining areas

  • Turn on all interior lighting

  • Wipe down surfaces

  • Check that outdoor areas are presentable

  • If shooting during business hours, notify staff beforehand

10. Special Requests

We welcome creative direction. Whether you need:

11. After the Shoot

You will receive:

  • A link to download your files

  • A summary of what was captured
